Princess Heights Luxury Condo Hotel

For the right balance buy a resort pass at the JW Marriot next door in walking distance as this hotel is away from the main attractions. If you’re looking for relaxing it’s a bargain. If you plan to go into town at night, I would suggest something closer. Overall it was a great stay waking up to coffee and chocolate croissants in the morning.

We recently stayed at Princess Heights, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a breathtaking view of the ocean that made every morning feel like paradise. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and little thoughtful touches didn’t go unnoticed. The service throughout our stay was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the custodial staff, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. We’re already planning our next trip back and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. This hotel has our hearts, and we can't recommend it highly enough to anyone considering a trip to beautiful St. Maarten!

My husband, daughter, and I had a lovely three night stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the young man who checked us in even rode with us from the office to our room to make sure that we knew our way around. We had a premium 2 bedroom suite with an ocean view. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary to cook any meals. They even stocked the fridge with a large water bottle and 2 bottles each coke and beer. For $10 per person per day, guests can have a continental breakfast of coffee, juice, yogurt, and warm croissants delivered to their room. That made for a wonderful start to the day. This hotel is on a quieter side of St. Maarten, up on a mountain, so renting a car is definitely recommended to get around and explore the island. We did not make it to Dawn Beach on this trip, as we spent a day at Grand Case, however, Dawn Beach looked beautiful. The pool was amazing; we loved the slide! I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, as it is still an easy drive to get to the more populated areas. What is even better is that it almost straddles the border between the French and Dutch sides which adds even more convenience.

Thank you all for the nice stay with you. Warm welcome by the team, great location, outstanding ocean view. The one bedroom apartment was perfect and well equipped. Full kitchen, large living room and room, well maintained and very clean. Convenient place to park the car. We will be back, for sure.
